At DEOC Cosmetics, we want you to be completely satisfied with your beauty purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we offer a 30-day return policy for unused and unopened products in their original packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log in to your account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place the unused products in their original boxes, ensuring all seals are intact, and include a copy of your packing slip or RMA confirmation.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
